The EventHoopfest is a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Actually, Hoopfest is the biggest 3-on-3 street basketball tournament in the state. That means over 150 teams, 100 volunteers, 5,000 players and fans, 14 courts spanning 4 blocks of Anchorage's 4th Avenue, and that's just on day one! Beyond basketball, though, Hoopfest is a hoop festival chock full of events and every year brings some thing new. We can't wait to see what 2012 will bring! Hoopfest is a place for players of all ages and abilities from all over the state to come together in pursuit of the ultimate goal: to become a Hoopfest Champion. It's where friends and families gather and cheer at the top of their lungs for their favorite team. It's the chance to see a college superstar, or your dad, hustle like he's in the final game of the NBA finals. It's a place for your seven-year-old to score her first basket. Hoopfest is a 3-on-3 basketball tournament with something for everyone. With the help of countless volunteers, staff, sponsors, the City of Anchorage, and let's not forget about the fans who show up to cheer on their teams, Hoopfest is an event like no other.
Weekend HighlightsSprite Center Court Sprite Center Court is the place to be for a true taste of Hoopfest action with the Elite Division games, entertaining performances and the Elite Division Championships! Bring cash or a credit card because checks will not be accepted.
Hoopfest Master ScoreboardAt any point during the tournament, stop by the Hoopfest Master Scoreboard to get information on your bracket, as well as every other bracket in the tournament! This is also the place to check-in and see what time games will be and if there have been any scheduling changes. It is recommended to check-in to the Hoopfest Master Scoreboard often!
